Paddle Club

Saturday July 12th

Who's up for starting the weekend on the water? The Paddle Clubs second event will be launching Saturday July 12th from Galveston Bay Brewing's pier from 9am-11am. Bring your own kayak or paddle board and join us OR you can rent one for just $25. Everyone who participates will receive a token from Galveston Bay Brewing for a free beer! The Paddle Club meets every second Saturday of the month with other fun events throughout the month!

Aerial Conditioning Class

Sunday July 13th

Strengthen your body & mind with a beginner Aerial Conditioning Class on the patio of Galveston Bay Brewing, taught by our friend Rebecca Peache! During this class, learn the beginner level basics that focus on core and upper body strength, as well as flexibility. This class is professionally taught so you can build your skills and advance to further levels of classes. Aerial silk & floor mat will be provided. $25 per person. Singo Bingo

Bring the family and come on out to Galveston Bay Brewing every Tuesday from 5pm to 9pm for some Singo Bingo! Singo is a new and exciting musical spin on the traditional game of Bingo. Instead of listening for a number, players are listening to their favorite music. Each player receives a free Singo card printed with the titles of popular songs. While Singo randomly plays song clips of "the good parts", players can sing along and mark matching song titles on their cards. The first player to mark five songs in a row and to shout "Singo" wins the round! It's fun for the whole family!

Get your zin on during our FREE class, Y6 Slow Flow on July 27th, from 10-10:45AM. Participants can get a mimosa or glass of wine FREE with the purchase of food after class!

Y6 Slow Flow - Slow and Steady wins the race A slower-paced vinyasa yoga class, enjoy more time to transition and experience postures as you flow into accessible poses accompanied by mindful breath. Participants are responsible for bringing their own yoga mat, water bottle, and friends!
